Who We Are
Sarasota Brokers is the husband and wife team of Paul and Jamie Stern, a pair of “dyed in the wool” real estate junkies whose individual past career tracks combine to create a broad base of experience for you to rely upon. Their open and honest consultative style removes all of the stress of pursuing projects you thought were beyond your abilities.
Paul Stern
A housing industry executive with more than 30 years of varied experience in home building and home building-related land acquisition. Paul’s a second generation home builder – his father was a high-end custom home builder in Southeast Florida throughout his youth.
In the production home building domain, past P&L responsibilities have included operations with annual revenues exceeding $120 million dollars; with home closings pace approaching 700 homes per year. Led entities with more than 60 employees, and directly managed sales teams with more than 15 selling associates.
Jamie Stern
An insurance and real estate industry executive with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate sales and business development. Jamie is the Qualifying Broker for Sarasota Brokers, the real estate brokerage she and her husband Paul formed to pursue investments around the Sarasota area.
